Return Policy

At The Hemp Company by Curaleaf, we stand behind the quality of our products. We understand that sometimes a purchase may not meet your expectations. This policy outlines our guidelines for returns, refunds, and defective items — all of which are handled in person at our store.
Return Window
We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Return Process
To initiate a return or report a defective product, please follow these steps:
- Visit Us: Bring the product and proof of purchase back to our location at 300 Clematis Street during business hours.
- Defective Products: If your item is damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of purchase.
- Alternative Contact: If you're unable to return in person right away, email us at clematis.fl@curaleaf.com with a description of the issue and photos (if applicable).
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or refund, the item must be:
- Unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
- Returned within 30 days of purchase
Return Costs
There are no shipping or restocking fees, as all returns are handled in-store.
Refund Process
If your return is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item (if eligible), and complete a separate purchase.
